Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial. That said, we do provide a free 1 hour consultation with our Services team. Whether or not you end up working with Jaggi, we aim to provide strategic value during this consultation.
What is the concierge service?
For Enterprise customers, we provide a concierge service available at concierge@jaggienterprises.com. The concierge team helps customers with business strategy, operations support, vendor management, and general support.
What is the difference between "shared" and "full time"?
Growth Tier customers receive an Account Manager and software development team that is shared between multiple customers. Enterprise Tier customers receive an account manager and software development team that is dedicated to a single customer.
Is there a minimum commitment?
The minimum commitment is 6 months.
How much can I build?
We do not put limits on how much you can build. We do, however, use a project management structure to scope out projects one at a time.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for paying annually in advance.

What is your approach to privacy and security?
We take privacy and security very seriously. Your Account Manager manages all technical accounts and provisions access very carefully to team members. We always use a customer's account, rather than setting up our own. Additionally, we use modern system architecture, cloud hosting, and best practices.
